Note: Working days mein Sunday aur public holidays shamil nahi hain. Remote ya rural areas ke liye delivery mein 2-3 din ka extra samay lag sakta hai.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
At Voltnix, we ensure high quality for all our LED products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and tags.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect LED light, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing photos or videos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
